Can I get a refund?
Yes. Log in to StoryDev, open Account from the top-left StoryDev menu, go to Billing, and click Request a refund. We can usually refund recent purchases if the account has not been used much yet. If you have already created substantial story content or used AI features heavily, we may not be able to refund costs we have already incurred. You can cancel anytime so your subscription does not renew.
What AI model does it use?
StoryDev is built on leading AI models with a strong privacy stance — we don't train on your stories, ever. We may expand to additional models over time to give you the best results.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT starts every conversation fresh — you have to re-explain your characters, plot, and world every single time. StoryDev keeps your full story in context automatically. It's the difference between a writing partner who remembers everything and one who forgets between sessions.
